Enhanced Order Management: Fixed Action Bar for IG60 Orders

In the 2nd display style of order tables, the action bar is now fixed during scrolling.

✅ You no longer need to select rows and then scroll back to the top to initiate an action (synchronization, statuses, export, etc.).

Additionally, the order saving bar is now fixed at the bottom of the screen, allowing you to quickly save your modifications without having to scroll to the bottom of the page.
