Mastering Customer Reviews: Management & Customization for Your Online Store

You can now easily manage customer reviews for your products.

Here's what you can do:

Add and Manage Reviews

Add and Publish Reviews: You can create reviews or allow your customers to write them.

Moderate Reviews: When a customer leaves a review, it won't be published immediately. You'll receive a notification to decide whether to publish it or not.

Customize Review Score and Count

On the product page, you have two options:

Manual Score: Set a predefined score and number of reviews (Old system).

Automatic Calculation: Let the system calculate the score and number of reviews based on recorded reviews.

Display Options

In the Theme > Product Page > Customer Reviews menu, you can:

Show or hide the review section on your products.

Hide the "Add a review" button if you don't want to receive new reviews.

Reviews with Photos

Reviews can include photos, allowing customers to see the product from different real-life angles.

Tip: These options give you more control to highlight your customers' feedback and build trust in your products!
