You can now create non-administrator users and control their permissions, assigning them to one or more stores under your management.
Usage example:
If you have assistants and want to assign them specific tasks, you can limit their access to certain functionalities only.
If you have a user dedicated to order management:
- Go to the Users Menu under the Store Menu.
- Create a new user and uncheck the "Administrator" option.
- The list of permissions will appear, allowing you to choose access, for example:
- Order list
- New order
- Order modification and status...etc, or you can select all permissions in the "Orders" tab.
- You can assign this user to one or more stores as needed.
This way, you can also hide access to certain sensitive information, such as statistics, user management, or store settings.
This update allows you to better organize your team by precisely controlling who accesses what!
