📈 Major Enhancements to IG60 Analytics & Statistics

We have added several powerful indicators to help you better analyze your performance, advertising costs, and areas for optimization:

🔹 New metrics on the statistics homepage:

• Revenue per visitor: An essential indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of your ads. It tells you how much each visit generates on average — a figure you can directly compare with your visitor acquisition cost (such as the cost per click from your Facebook, Google ads, etc.).  

• Average order value: To track the evolution of the average order value in your store.

🛒 In the Top Products, Categories & Collections sections:

• Average price: Allows you to know the average price of products actually sold in each category or collection. This takes into account any price changes over time, even if the current price is different — useful for better analyzing your pricing strategy.

• Revenue per visit: Identify products or categories that generate the most sales, and those that attract visits without converting. You can now compare this revenue per visit with your cost per click in your advertising campaigns. This allows you to quickly spot areas of waste and adjust your marketing efforts more effectively.

• Average value per order: To estimate the potential of each product or category in terms of revenue generated per customer.

✨ These indicators allow you to identify the most profitable items, those that attract but don't convert (to be optimized), and to refine your pricing or presentation strategy.

📍 Orders by Governorate (Delivery / Return Rate):

We have enriched this section with new, highly useful metrics:

• Number of orders shipped (via API)

• Number of packages delivered

• Number of packages returned

• Delivery rate and return rate by governorate

🎯 This helps you identify the most reliable geographic areas for delivery, reduce losses related to returns, and optimize your marketing expenses.   

🚚 Shipping carrier performance:

The new metrics (delivery rate, return rate, etc.) are also available in this section to better compare your shipping carriers and make the best choices.

💬 New smart analysis in "Your performance compared to other IG60 stores":

A smart commentary system interprets your statistics compared to those of other stores:

• Strengths

• Weaknesses

• Clear and personalized improvement suggestions
