New Update: Streamlined Order Exchange Management on IG60

You can now create an exchange directly from an existing order.

👉 How it works:

1. Select an order

2. Click on Actions → Create Exchange

3. Customer information will be automatically loaded

4. The original order amount will be indicated as payment (already paid)

5. Choose the items to exchange

6. If there's a price difference, it will be automatically recalculated

📦 The new order will be marked as Exchange with the shipping company.

💡 Best practice:
We recommend placing the original order in a separate status (e.g., Pending Exchange) until the returned items are received.
Once items are received, remember to update the products in the original order to correctly adjust stock (e.g., reduce the quantity received).
